Dear Fellow Crafters,
If you are anything like me, when I see a new crafting tool on the market, I have to view it and think of ways I can use it! So, suffice it to say, when I read that Sizzix had come up with a new machine, I had to go and review it.
The Sizzix Big Shot Express drops the crank handle (we all know and love) and uses a push button instead for easier cutting and embossing. The coloring of the machine is gray and white to distinguish it from the others in the line, and works with all the library of images EXCEPT Bigz Plus and Bigz Pro dies. The price is approximately $230.00. There is more information of the Sizzix site along with directions. I would imagine that for those crafters who suffer from carpal tunnel or other hand/arm/shoulder ailments, would be clamoring at their local craft store for a viewing of the latest and greatest dye cutter.
I haven’t bought it yet as I am quite happy with my Big Shot and would have to re-arrange my craft room again to accommodate both. Although, my next post on craft rooms may hold the key to that dilemma!
‘Til next time,
